Dr. Maynard received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Kentucky in 1986 and served his Internal Medicine residency at the Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.

Dr. Maynard is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography Tennessee Medical Association. McMinn County Medical Society.

Dr. Maynard is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
