If I'm at the pharmacy, can you call in my prescription
immediately?
Prescriptions are called in after 5:00 pm - this
gives us time to pull your chart and have your physician approve
it. It also helps to keep our telephone lines open. We recommend
you call before your prescription runs out to avoid any
lapse in medication.
What time can I come in for my shot?
Between 9:00 am and noon, and 2:00 pm and 4:00
pm. During these times the doctors are available in the event
of an allergic reaction.
Why didn't you return the voice mail message I left for you?
Many times the telephone number is not given.
Be sure to leave the patients full name, date of birth, and the
telephone number where you may be reached.

We will call or send a card with all the results.
Some insurance companies send labs elsewhere, which takes more
time. Please call if you don't hear from us within one (1) week.

physician or nurse practitioner. Athens Medical Group offers same
day appointments.

refer someone they have never seen. It also gives us a record
