How do I get to talk to a real person?
When you call our office 745-6575, your
call will be answered in the order in which it was recieved. A
qualified clinical professional will be the first person you speak
with.
Why do we have to fill out New Patient Information forms
every six months? My information is still the same as last time.
We need the most current demographic and insurance information
for every patient we see for correct billing, referals, and emergencies.
What is a co-pay?
A co-pay is the patient's liability of a non-covered
amount due at the time of service. This is determined by your
insurance company. Co-pays are always due at the time of service.
